Tour at District Energy

District Energy St. Paul provides the majority of heating and cooling services to downtown Saint Paul and serving as an international model for community energy, public-private partnerships, sustainability, and energy efficiency. District Energy is committed to excellence in service, reliability, efficiency, community outreach, and technology innovation that benefits our customers and the environment.
Details:
- Plant tours require access through stairways.
- Guests must wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Due to safety restrictions guests will not be allowed in the plant with sandals, heels or open-toed shoes.
- Hard hats, safety glasses and ear plugs are required and will be provided.
- Street parking is available, but most meters are limited to one hour. Ramp parking is available at the Science Museum of Minnesota or the Saint Paul RiverCentre. The plant is within two blocks of Nice Ride stations and Metro Transit bus stops.
