The energy industry is the new gold rush. The opportunities are constantly identified as plentiful, but there is a lack of qualified individuals to tap into the vastness of the rewards. At TransCanada, we have energy for change. We desire to share knowledge in communities where we build and operate as well as with those who have historically been underrepresented from opportunities in the energy sector. We want to do our part to shore up the energy pipeline with a qualified workforce and suppliers who represent diverse segments of the community.
