Phi Delta Chi Sorority and Counseling Services are raising awareness for sexual assault on MSOE's campus on April 27th by hosting a Clothesline Project. This project allows any and everybody who has been affected by sexual assault to come and tell their stories on a T-shirt. Each shirt is representative of a unique situation:
- White: Represents somebody who has died from abuse.
- Red, Orange, or Pink: Represents survivors of rape and assault.
- Yellow or Beige: Represents all assaulted or battered individuals.
- Green or Blue: Represents survivors of incest assault.
- Purple: Represents attacks based on sexual orientation.
- Black: Represents attacks based on political views.
T-shirts are available for those who do not have one. Once these shirts are made, they will be displayed on a clothes line around campus. By doing this, survivors, friends, family members, classmates, and/or neighbors are given the opportunity to express themselves and help raise awareness for the MSOE Campus and Community.
