Servant-Leadership Open House

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit our Servant-Leadership Open House this afternoon!  The questions that I was asked over and over at this event were: "how can I get involved?" and "how can I join this organization?"  For those of you who couldn't attend, let me share the answers to these questions...

If you are part of the MSOE community, the office of Servant-Leadership is here to serve you!  We are not an organization. We are a department which is here to support the MSOE community.  As Chair, it is my job to educate the MSOE community about servant-leadership and help provide opportunities for students to lead projects that allow them to practice the tenets of servant-leadership as they serve the community here at MSOE, in the Greater Milwaukee Area and around the world. If you are a student, faculty member or staff member and would like to learn more about servant-leadership I am happy to meet with you anytime to chat about how you can get involved (leitzke@msoe.edu). If you would like to stay up-to-date on the work that we are doing, please follow us on the HUB (Servant-Leadership at MSOE) and like our FaceBook Page (MSOE Servant Leadership | Facebook). If you see a meeting or event posted on these pages that interests you, stop by and get involved - it is that simple!  Hope to see you soon

"Meet 'n Greet 'n Eat" with professional engineers at Astronautics.

The Astronautics Corporation of America (ACA) will have engineering representatives come onto the MSOE campus to discuss the technology they work with and create. Prospective graduates should attend as this event gives an opportunity to students to see what a Milwaukee engineering company is like and a brief chance to network with the representatives.

Free pizza is provided by Astronautics for lunch.

The event will take place in CC121 (classroom on the first floor that is to the left of the main entrance).

It starts at the noon free hour on Monday, January 25th.

The presentation will last less than an hour, and some time for Q&A will follow.

I'm sitting with a student and we tried find information on the key administrative and department heads within MSOE.  We uncovered a list of academic dept heads in the registrar's area, but no info on adminstrative organization. Does a "who's who at MSOE" exist?
