Junior Visit Day

Junior Visit Days are designed for students looking for important steps and information relevant to the beginning of their college search. The day consists of an admissions presentation, a student-led tour of campus and the chance to meet with current MSOE students. Students will learn more about MSOE Summer Programs, Youth Options, and other resources to prepare students for the college admission process. This event is a great first visit for high school juniors as they look forward to their senior year and the upcoming college application process. Parents are encouraged to attend. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

This program features laboratory sessions where participants will gain practical experience working with actual fluid power components and systems. Specifically, laboratory sessions will treat the disassembly, inspection and assembly of individual components, as well as system design examples. Instructors will be Dr. Medhat Khalil, Paul Michael and Tom Wanke.

The Grohmann Museum hosts its 6th annual festival celebrating the activities and ways of work captured in the paintings and bronzes in the Museum's permanent collection. A blacksmith, shoecarver, lacemaker, glass founder, spinners and master painters all share their expertise and demonstrate their techniques as the Museum becomes a laboratory for the creation of Lost Arts.

Lacrosse Prospect Camp

The goal of the MSOE Prospect Camp is to provide campers direct exposure to MSOE Lacrosse staff as well as the opportunity to receive positional instruction, a thorough Division III coaching evaluation, and above all, a clear understanding of the Division III student-athlete experience at MSOE University, both on and off the field.
