Making a good decision can be very hard, especially if there are several seemingly desirable choices from which to choose. How do you make good, sound business and personal decisions? The lasting impact of making poor decisions effects people, business, one’s self and the greater environment –the same is true for good choices. There is a little known, yet very powerful decision making tool available: Choosing By Advantages (CBA). This half-day class will introduce participants to CBA and show how it is superior to other methods of making decisions.
